Our agar fungus drink’s major ingredients are black fungus and agar. Black fungus is also known as “black treasure” which has very high nutritional value and certain medicinal value. It has eight kinds of amino acids and vitamins that the human body must need, and it is also contains lots of collagen, dietary fiber, polysaccharides and anticoagulant substances. So, it is an excellent ingredient and helpful for our body.
We also use brown sugar rather than other sugar. Because brown sugar is healthier than others and it contains some minerals that other sugars don’t have, it becomes our best choice of sugar.
