Longan drink is a common traditional drink in Taiwan.

We use Longan that has low calories and rich of dietary fiber. It’s a great source of fruit to supplement nutrition. Furthermore, longan also abound in vitamin B, vitamin C and mineral, especially Potassium. Longan is called “high Potassium fruit” and good for blood pressure regulation. Thus, longan is a valuable fruit and ingredient.
